As the sun set, Percy would snuggle down to his bed of hay. He loved to listen to the sounds of the night. Crickets would buzz, owls would {hoot|call|whoo|, and the wind would rustle through the leaves.
As the moon shone bright, Percy was feeling sleepy. He yawned and his eyes closed. As he drifted off to sleep, he dreamed of delicious apples.

Daisy Discovers Friendship
Daisy enjoyed playing by herself. She owned lots of things, and she could entertain for ages at a time. But one sunny afternoon, Daisy saw a little girl named Lily running around in the park. Lily was smiling and rolling a red ball. Daisy felt a bit curious within herself. She figured she would go over and say hello.
Lily was shocked to see Daisy, but she at first welcomed her with a wave. They started to play together, and Daisy realized that playing with another companion was even more enjoyable than playing alone! From that day on, Daisy and Lily became the greatest of friends. They would devote their days playing together in the park, sharing secrets.
The Littlest Piggy's Brave Adventure
Once upon a time on the farm, there was a little piggy named Percy. He was the smallest of all the piglets. Even though he was small, Wilbur was very bold.
One day, the wolf came to the farm and started howling. All the other piglets fled in fear, but Wilbur was not scared. He knew he had to be courageous.
Wilbur rushed at the wolf and started roaring as loud as he could. The wolf was so astonished that he fled.
All the other piglets were very proud to have such a valiant little piggy like Wilbur. From that day on, Wilbur was known as the boldest piggy on the farm.
